(More customer reviews)The unit cost me $19.99 at Fred's. I gave it to my 17 yr old daughter for Christmas 2008. It is now August 2009 and I am just now having to order a replacement foil & cutter by calling 1-800-3-conair. Cost is like $7 to replacement foil and cutter. I think that is a pretty good bargain for the price I paid.
