(More customer reviews)The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was how cheaply made it was like a plastic toy. No instructions were included, but it seemed easy enough. After inserting the (not included) AA battery, the trimmer would not turn on. Tried several batteries with no effect. Reversed the battery and still no effect. I guess you get what you pay for.
