(More customer reviews)I purchased this hose with a vacuum attachment for the Oster Classic 76. The clipper vacuum hose sold by cachebeauty is true to its description - it is a lightweight plastic hose with a plastic adapter.
That being said, the product I received was stuffed in a ziplock bag. As far as I can tell, the clipper vacuum hose is attached to the house vacuum hose by slipping the smaller hose into your larger household vacuum hose. The "adapter" is supposed to connect the vacuum hose to the clipper housing. Cachebeauty states the hose was built for the AARCO vac system, but works with the Oster. It does not. The adapter does not securely attach to the Oster clipper housing.
So if you are purchasing a vacuum hose to work with the Oster vacuum housing (also sold by cachebeauty) beware, the adapter doesn't fit. Ultimately, it is a tube and ring of plastic. Clearly it isn't worth $26.50. Go to your local hardware store and buy some plastic tubing for $0.75
