(More customer reviews)I have been a Robocut user for just about 22 years now....got one back in about '88 or so. Friends laughed at my "cutting my hair with a vacuum cleaner" as they put it. But, I am now on my fourth one, this one the R3C with the self-contained vacuum. It is a dandy. Sleek, efficient. I can cut my hair in five minutes, sometimes less. Be sure to oil it before each use, as that is important. And I found the customer service of Robocut.com to be willing to help, very nice to deal with. Have ordered a second one for son-in-law for Christmas. I recommend it highly.
