(More customer reviews)Cheaply made product with a useless warranty. After one use, the cord for the rechargeable model went bad. Upon first call to Conair I was told the item would not be in until the beginning of the following month. Once that time came and went, I called again and was told it wouldn't be available until the NEXT following month. Once that time shot by with nothing, I called yet again and was told that it still didn't come in and they had no clue as to when it would arrive. Kind of like they are just waiting for me to give up. I'd hate to think how long it would take if I had to send something in to get fixed. Do yourself a favor, look at some of the other brands. I promise, you can't do worse than Conair.
