(More customer reviews)They claimed the product was shipped on August 22nd. After a couple of weeks went by, I e-mailed them asking where my order was. They told me to allow for 14 business days for it to arrive. Well, I finally received it on September 13th; 16! business days and over three weeks calendar time. For $5.95 shipping and handling, I expected MUCH faster service.
